Sevilla - Feria de Abril 2015

Tym razem odwiedziłyśmy Sewillę w dużej grupie tancerek flamenco z różnych stron Polski. Wybrałyśmy tę porę roku ponieważ chciałyśmy zobaczyć wiosenną fiestę, która po hiszpańsku nazywa się Feria de Abril.
This time we've visited Sevilla in a big group of flamenco dancers from different part of Poland. We've chosen that part of the year because we wanted to see The Seville Fair, in Spanish: Feria de Abril.

To jeden z dwóch dużych festiwali, które odbywają się w Sewilli. Historia Ferii de Abril zaczyna się w 1847 roku, kiedy to zorganizowano targi zwierząt hodowlanych w Prado de San Sebastian. Od 1973 roku Feria odbywa sie na terenie Real de la Feria, pomiędzy Av.Flota de Indias a Calle Juan Pablo II.
It is a one of two big festivals which take place in Sevilla. History of Feria de Abril
begins in 1847 when was organized a fair of livestock at the Prado de San Sebastian.
Since 1973, the Feria de Abril takes place at the real de la feria, between Av.Flota de Indias and Calle Juan Pablo II.

Obecnie teren Ferii de Abril to alejki i tymczasowe namioty w charakterystyczne pasy. Namioty, po hiszpańsku -casetas, są przeważnie prywatne, należą do rodzin lub grupy przyjaciół, ale są tam też namioty miejskie, gdzie każdy może wejść i kupić tradycyjne andaluzyjskie drinki, przekąski oraz -oczywiście - może zatańczyć sewilianę!
Nowadays area of Feria de Abril consists of avenues and temporary tents in characteristic strips.Tents, in Spanish - casetas, are usually private and belong to families or group of friends but there are also public tents where you can walk into and buy traditional andalusian drinks or tapas and of course you can dance sevillianas.

Feria de Abril rozpoczyna się w nocy, z poniedziałku na wtorek i to rozpoczęcie nazywa się alumbrao. O północy najpierw zapalają się lampki na bramie a następnie włączane jest oświetlenie alejek. Muzyka zaczyna grać i wszyscy mogą zacząć wchodzić na teren Ferii. Zabawa trwa do rana..i przez cały tydzień Ferii! 

Feria de Abril starts in the night, between Monday and Tuesday and that event is called alumbrao. At midnight starts first to a illumination of the gate and then lanterns on avenues starts to shine. Music starts to play and all the people can enter on area of Feria. Party goes on till morning ...and all week long!
